CSIS's Energy Program, its Global Strategy Institute, and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory presented the fourth in a series of discussions on future fuels and new energy technologies. The featured speakers were:

  • Robert Anex, associate professor, Iowa State University's Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering

Eldon Boes, an ASME Congressional Fellow with the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry, commented on the presentations. Frank Verrastro, senior fellow and director of its Energy Program, introduced the speakers. Dr. Douglas Arent, director of strategic analysis and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, and a senior research fellow at CSIS,  moderated the event.
