Description:

Robert Pozen, Chairman of MFS Investment Management, spoke on “National Retirement Policy: How to Forge a Bipartisan Solution.”  He has been a creative and highly influential voice in the debate over Social Security reform.  He talked about a new proposal he was developing that might point to a bipartisan way forward on Social Security.  He also discussed his recent “check-off” IRA proposal for a universal system of opt-out employment-based IRAs.
