On March 27, 2007 the Canada Project of the Americas Program held a discussion on the results of the provincial election in Quebec, held on March 26. The speakers, Professor Louis Balthazar of Université Laval and Professor Luc Bernier, of École Nationale d’Administration Publique looked into the implications for the province as well as the possible repercussions for federal politics in Canada.
