On March 28, 2007 The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) Energy Program was pleased to host Mr. Odd Roger Enoksen, the Norwegian Minister of Petroleum and Energy, for a discussion on Norwegian Energy Policy.
Representing the third largest exporter of both oil and natural gas globally, the Minister gave an update on the Norwegian oil and gas sector and discussed topics including security of future energy supplies, the European gas market, oil and gas in the Arctic and energy and the environment.
