In recent years, there has been much speculation that Boomers will initiate a major shift in retirement behavior, reversing the long-term trends toward early and all-or-nothing retirement. Dr. Mark Warshawsky, Director of Retirement Research at Watson Wyatt, and Dr. Gaobo Pang, Senior Research Associate at Watson Wyatt, surveyed the evidence and discussed the results of new Watson Wyatt research on the retirement decision.
