The Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) hosted a discussion with Noppadon Pattama, foreign minister of Thailand , "Thai-US relations in the changing landscape of Southeast Asia." Dr. John Hamre, CSIS president and CEO, introduced Foreign Minister Pattama. Derek Mitchell, senior fellow in the International Security Program, moderated the question-and-answer session.
