The Honorable Michael Mukasey, United States Attorney General, gave a speech on combating international organized crime entitled "Combating the Growing Threat of International Organized Crime." The speech was followed by a panel discussion. The panel featured John Pistole, deputy director of the FBI; Alice Fisher, Department of Justice Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division; and Julie Myers, Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary for Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The panel offered remarks and took questions from the audience. Arnaud de Borchgrave, director and senior adviser in the CSIS Transnational Threats (TNT) Project introduced the Attorney General and moderated the panel discussion.
