The CSIS Project on Nuclear Issues (PONI) hosted Nabil Fahmy, Egypt's ambassador to the United States, for a discussion of proliferation in the Middle East. Clark Murdock, PONI director and a senior adviser with the International Security Program (ISP) at CSIS, introduced Ambassador Fahmy. Jenifer Mackby, moderated the question-and-answer session that followed Ambassador Fahmy's speech.
