Description:

There has been increased attention in recent weeks on the use of biometric data for security and counterterrorism.  On July 17, 2008, representatives from DOD, DHS, and OSTP discussed the challenges involved in U.S. government use of biometric data for counter-terrorism and homeland security.  This event also included a panel discussion with government and private sector experts.
