Sherry Deng is a senior software developer at CSIS, where she provides leadership and technical guidance in the development and maintenance of several company Web sites. She is responsible for developing, testing, and deploying Web site software applications, constructing Web pages, and incorporating graphic user interface (GUI) features and other techniques. Prior to joining the Center, she worked at DynCorp, a high-technology solutions provider of critical military and civilian support to governments, located in Virginia. At DynCorp, she was an applications developer and a lead developer in the full–life cycle development of the NQMP Medical Data Executive Information System and the Medical Transcriptionist Resources e-commerce service for DOD. Both projects earned a Level 3 maturity rating in accordance with the Software Engineering Institute’s Capability Maturity Model. Ms. Deng holds both a B.A. and an M.A. in computer science. |
