Rebecca Strauss is a research assistant with the CSIS Global Aging Initiative (GAI), working primarily on the interconnection between demography and geopolitics. Her research spans a wide spectrum of issues, including how demographic change may affect economic performance, social mood, and security strategy. Ms. Strauss previously interned at GAI, doing research on international migration. She received her B.A. with honors in political science and history from Swarthmore College.
