Matthew Frank

Research Assistant, Energy and National Security Program
Matthew Frank is a research associate in the CSIS Energy and National Security Program, where he works on a broad range of issues including geopolitics and energy, global oil markets, energy technology development/deployment, climate change, and energy security. In addition, he studies energy-related developments in the Middle East and Asia. Frank holds a B.S. in engineering science from Penn State University, where as a member of the Schreyer Honors College he completed a senior thesis characterizing the performance of nanoparticle-polymer-based photovoltaic devices.
