Mary C. Minshall

Research Assistant, Office of Ray DuBois
Mary Minshall is a research assistant in the Office of Ray DuBois, where her focus is on national security policies, programs, and budgets. She is responsible for conducting research and providing technical support relating to consulting contracts and proposals with clients including, the Department of Defense, Boeing, and CACI. She is also involved in CSIS projects including the Defense-Industrial Initiatives Group Technology Export Controls and the Project on National Security Reform. Prior to joining CSIS, Ms. Minshall served as an intern at the Department of Health and Human Services in the Office of Public Health Emergency Preparedness. She earned a B.A. in history from Princeton University in June 2007 and wrote her senior thesis on the emergence of Hezbollah in Lebanon and Iran’s influence on its creation.
