Mark Irvine

Research Assistant, Post-Conflict Reconstruction Project
Mark Irvine is a research assistant with the CSIS Post-Conflict Reconstruction Project, where he works on a range of U.S. foreign policy issues. He is currently involved in projects examining U.S. government capabilities for addressing fragile states, the U.S.-Pakistan relationship, and counterterrorism strategy. Mr. Irvine received a BA from Boston College in international studies with a focus on security studies and economic relations. Further research interests include terrorism, deterrence, and the Arab-Israeli conflict.
