WASHINGTON, December 3, 2007 –The Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) is pleased to announce that H. Andrew Schwartz has been named Vice President for External Relations. In this capacity, Schwartz will oversee the Center’s media relations, congressional outreach, publications, website, events and work with additional external audiences. Schwartz previously served as the Center’s Deputy Director for External Relations and as Director of Media Relations.
