As unrest between warring factions in Kenya continued for a sixth week, Democratic Wisconsin Sen. Russ Feingold convened African experts to tell his African Affairs subcommittee about U.S. efforts to defuse the crisis.
Fierce violence was sparked by disputed presidential election results Dec. 27. Incumbent President Mwai Kibaki claimed he won a second term.
