James Lewis, director of the CSIS Technology and Public Policy Program, was quoted by Federal Times, "Fed Networks Increasingly Under Siege."
"Clearly, we’re under a lot more pressure,” said James Lewis, director of technology and public policy for the Center for Strategic and International Studies. “It’s coming from people who don’t like foreign U.S. policy. It’s coming from hackers who are bored. ... The list of people that are trying to break in is very large."
