About CSIS

The Abshire-Inamori Leadership Academy (AILA) at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) hosts interns every semester.  AILA serves as an organizing body within CSIS that facilitates discussions on leadership, provides practical and experiential learning, and connects aspiring and experienced leaders.  We need interns to assist us in curriculum development, event planning and coordination, and research on the intersection of leadership and international relations.  Experience in leadership studies, public policy, or related fields is desired.  Interns must be able to work independently, multi-task, and take-on creative initiatives.  For questions about interning with AILA, email leadership@csis.org.  For information on how to apply for an internship with AILA, or elsewhere within CSIS, please visit the CSIS internship and job page at http://www.csis.org/about/jobs_interns/.
