The CSIS Russia and Eurasia Program led by director Celeste Wallander and senior fellow Sarah Mendelson, works to enhance a broad-based U.S.-Russia engagement on HIV/AIDS involving opinion and policy leaders in business, the expert community, government, and society. The program will launch multiple dialogues focused on promoting an effective Russian public policy response to the crisis supported by U.S. policy and international organizations.
