World Energy Outlook 2008
The CSIS Energy Program hosted International Energy Agency (IEA) deputy executive director Richard H. Jones and chief economist Fatih Birol to discuss the new World Energy Outlook (WEO 2008). WEO 2008 presents the IEA's view of key energy trends and focuses on two pressing issues facing the sector today: future prospects for global oil and gas production; and post-2012 climate scenarios. WEO 2008 takes a hard look at the future global oil and gas supply.
