China's Rise Challenges and Opportunities

China's Rise: Challenges and Opportunities

The Peterson Institute for International Economics and the Center for Strategic and International Studies jointly hosted a conference to launch a new book, China's Rise: Challenges and Opportunities. The event featured remarks from the coauthors of the book. The event also included a panel of two former U.S. ambassadors to China to comment on the book and to share their own views on the relationship: James Lilley and Stapleton Roy. The conference is part of the China Balance Sheet project that has been conducted by the Peterson Institute and CSIS over the last three years.
