Bridging the Gap: European C4ISR Capabilities and Transatlantic Interoperability

This study examines existing and planned European capabilities in the C4ISR domain. It finds a higher degree of European commitment to C4ISR than is often assumed, and makes recommendations for US and European policymakers on how to better link networked capabilities from both sides of the Atlantic.
