Goa Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) notified simplified regulations for allotment, sub-lease, and transfer of industrial plots in all the industrial estates in Goa, allowing commercial and retail outlets to set up within industrial estates in the state. Kerala approves rules for allocating title deeds and for simplifying transfer of land ownership in industrial estates.
