Uttar Pradesh launches the Nand Baba Milk Mission Scheme with an initial outlay of $121.3 million. The Nand Baba Milk Mission scheme is aimed at making the state a leader in dairy production. Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (KERC) releases the Draft Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Open Access) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations, 2023. Maharashtra signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Hydro Power Corporation and Torrent Power to generate 13,050 MW power through a Hydro Pumped Storage Project (HPSP). While National Hydro Power Corporation will generate 7,350 MW power, Torrent Power will produce 5,700 MW.
