Winning the Battle of Baghdad: The Challenges U.S. Forces and the Iraqi Government Must Meet

The US is taking on new challenges in Baghdad of a kind for which no army can really train. This does not mean it cannot succeed, but it is essentially experimenting with new kinds of peacemaking and warfare, and there are several issues and indicators that will help determine whether it succeeds or fails.
