Shaping the Future of Global Health and Development

Research Triangle Park, NC - FHI and the Triangle Global Consortium will bring together leaders from around the world to the Research Triangle Park for an in-depth conversation titled, “Shaping the Future of Global Health and Development.”  This unique gathering provides a platform to discuss state-of-the-art technologies, research findings and key policies issues, while highlighting North Carolina’s contributions to the global health and development sector.

The summit will be attended by leading scientists, policy experts, U.S. government representatives and program implementers from a wide variety of local and global organizations. Topic discussions include addressing chronic disease in the developing world, new approaches to diagnosing, preventing, and treating infectious diseases and applying sound development principles to reach public health goals.
