America's Army Reserve
Please join us for this multi-panel, half-day event highlighting the value that the United States Army Reserve brings to our nation. This event will provide insight into a wide range of perspectives, from Congress to currently serving Army Reserve members to Department of Defense officials who call upon the Army Reserve for a variety of federal missions at home and abroad. The overarching objective of this event is to achieve a better understanding – among those who develop or influence policies that impact the Army – of the people who compose the Army Reserve, how the skills and knowledge gained from their civilian lives tie into their roles as Army Reserve Citizen-Soldiers, and how the nation uses the Army Reserve as an integral part of the Total Army and the Joint Force.
