The Assault on Ukraine’s Healthcare System

On February 21, Physicians for Human Rights (PHR), together with their partners—eyeWitness to Atrocities, Insecurity Insight, Media Initiative for Human Rights (MIHR), and the Ukrainian Healthcare Center—published Destruction and Devastation: One Year of Russia’s Assault on Ukraine’s Health Care System, a major analysis that presents the evidentiary basis for potential war crimes committed through systematic Russian attacks upon Ukraine’s health system.
