The CSIS Pacific Partners Initiative is pleased to invite you to a conversation with The Honourable Malcolm Turnbull MP, Prime Minister of Australia. He will discuss Australia's foreign policy and the opportunities facing the U.S.-Australia relationship in the coming years.

Prime Minister Turnbull was elected the leader of the Liberal Party and Prime Minister of Australia in September 2015. He served as the Communications Minister from 2013 to 2015, and as Leader of the Opposition from 2008 to 2009. Prime Minister Turnbull entered Parliament in 2004 after careers in business, law, and journalism. He earned a Rhodes Scholarship and graduated from the University of Oxford in 1979.
