R. James Woolsey has spent most of his adult life seeking a more secure future for the United States and the world. As the nation’s Director of Central Intelligence, arms control negotiator, and Under Secretary of the Navy, Woolsey advised four American presidents—two Republican and two Democrats. As a lawyer, he is one of the most influential voices in Washington on energy, intelligence, and security.
