bp Energy Outlook: A Conversation with Spencer Dale
Brought to you by
The CSIS Energy Security and Climate Change Program is pleased to invite you to a discussion with Spencer Dale, the Chief Economist for bp.
The conversation will highlight key implications from bp’s recently released Energy Outlook 2023, taking in to account the Russian war in Ukraine and the impact of the Inflation Reduction Act. Governments are increasingly focused on balancing the three elements of the energy trilemma – security, affordability, and sustainability. Growing energy security concerns can have significant and persistent impacts on energy markets. This conversation is an opportunity to explore how much these developments will accelerate the energy transition and to what extent this will affect the United States. The event will start with a short presentation by Spencer Dale, followed by a moderated conversation and a Q&A.
For more, check out the Energy Outlook 2023.
