Bulgarian Foreign Minister Ivailo Kalfin

The New European Democracies Project (NEDP) hosted Ivailo Kalfin, Bulgaria's deputy prime minister and minister of foreign affairs, who gave a speech titled, "The End of the Balkans?" Janusz Bugajski, the NEDP director, introduced Kalfin.
