The Capital Cable #56: North Korean human rights

Amb. Lee Shin-wha is the Ambassador for International Cooperation on North Korean Human Rights, the second person to hold this position, and the first in five years. The post was created in 2016 in accordance with the North Korean Human Rights Act.
