The Capital Cable #59: Democracy, Values & International Security
Please join the CSIS Korea Chair for a special episode of "The Capital Cable" with the Halifax International Security Forum (HFX) on November 17 at 9:30 a.m. EDT, about democracy, values and international security and what it means for the U.S.-ROK alliance.
The program will be moderated by Amb. Mark Lippert, with Dr. Victor Cha and Dr. Sue Mi Terry, and will feature Dr. Janice Gross Stein and Mr. Peter Van Praagh of the Halifax International Security Forum. Dr. Stein is Board Chair of HFX, and the Belzberg Professor of Conflict Management in the Department of Political Science and the Founding Director of the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto. Mr. Praagh is the founding President of HFX and former senior director for foreign policy at the German Marshall Fund of the United States.
