The 2023 Capstone Conference has concluded. Visit the PONI microsite to access the conference slide decks.

PONI‘s annual Capstone Conference provides an opportunity for the strongest presenters from the preceding year of conferences to share their research with mid-career and senior stakeholders at USSTRATCOM headquarters. This year’s conference will close out the 2022 conference series and feature presentations on a range of topics related to the thinking of U.S. adversaries, U.S. alliance management, and strategic stability.

We are honored to announce that the distinguished keynote speakers for our upcoming conference are Rear Admiral Anthony Carullo, Director for Plans and Policy (J5) at U.S. Strategic Command; and Frank Rose, Principal Deputy Administrator of the National Nuclear Security Administration.

Please see a detailed agenda for the event below.
