Please join the CSIS Africa Program for an off-the-record brown bag lunch discussion with Benjamin Spatz, consultant with the U.N. Panel of Experts on Liberia. Mr. Spatz will outline the main findings of the latest Panel of Experts report, with special emphasis on natural resources and security in the context of Liberia's post-conflict transformation. He will also discuss the governance challenges and internal and external pressures that threaten to undermine Liberia's post-conflict rebuilding efforts.
