In December 2017, CSIS released an executive summary of its report on the impacts of sequestration on the defense industrial base. The Defense-Industrial Initiatives Group invites you to a panel discussion on Charting a New Course for the Industrial Base, accompanying the release of its full report: Measuring the Impact of Sequestration and the Drawdown on the Defense Industrial Base, 2011 – 2015.

This event will feature a review and discussion on the impacts of the Budget Control Act of 2011. Panel discussants will include current and former representatives of United States Government and industry, and discussion will focus on addressing the needs of the industrial base through investments in key capabilities, acquisition reform, and industrial base policy.
