The Chile - U.S. Free Trade Agreement
Lessons Learned from the Chilean Experience
This event featured summary presentations by experts from CJILC, Santiago Chile, on Chile’s experience in implementing its 2004 free trade agreement with the United States. These presentations are based on a new report on the implementation of the FTA carried out by CJILC and the IDB. The lessons learned from the Chilean experience will be a valuable point of reference for other countries engaged in implementing their own free trade agreements with the U.S.
