Please join the CSIS Project on Prosperity and Development for a discussion with Thomas West, Special Representative for Afghanistan and Deputy Assistant Secretary, reflecting on conditions in Afghanistan one year after the Taliban takeover. This conversation will look at ongoing U.S. responsibilities to and interests in Afghanistan, as well as examining current conditions in Afghanistan and the role of regional actors in the country.
