CSIS Press Briefing: CFIUS Recommendations for the Next Administration
The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) will host a press briefing on a new report, the
CSIS Review of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, which offers the incoming U.S. administration recommendations for how it should approach the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
Through research, interviews, and working group discussions, the study examined the current state of the CFIUS process to better understand what is working and what is not. Authors Andrew Hunter and John Schaus will provide a briefing of the report and will answer questions.
