Mr. Yang will discuss Taiwan's security environment, including the military threat from the Mainland, and provide an analysis of the cross-strait situation from Taiwan's perspective. He will also address Taiwan's defense requirements, new defense policies and the upcoming 2012 Quadrennial Defense Review.
