Cyber Leaders Series: Winning the Cyber War; a Conversation with Israel Soong

Please join CSIS virtually on Friday, September 20th, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. EDT for a conversation with Israel Soong, National Security Council Director of East Asia & Pacific Cyber Policy. CSIS's Emily Harding, Director of the Intelligence, National Security, and Technology (INT) Program, will join Director Soong to discuss the challenges of U.S. cybersecurity and the future of cyber conflict. The conversation will touch on how Iran and Russia fight in the cyber domain and dive deeper into China’s cyber strategy, concluding with a discussion about how the U.S. and its allies can best prepare themselves for cyber competition.
