Decision 2008: Bill Richardson

New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson spoke at CSIS as part of Decision 2008's Presidential Candidates Forum. The forum offers Democratic and Republican presidential candidates an equal opportunity to outline their foreign policy and national security agendas before a bipartisan policy audience. Richardson presented a speech titled, "New Realism and the Rebirth of American Leadership." John Hamre, president and CEO of CSIS, moderated the event.
