CSIS's Middle East Program hosted Anthony Shadid for a discussion of his book, Iraq, Night Draws Near: Iraq’s People in the Shadow of America’s War (Henry Holt, 2005). Shadid, of The Washington Post, won the Pulitzer Prize for his reporting on Iraq.
