CSIS's New European Democracies Project has partnered with the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and the Southeastern European Development Foundation (SEED) for a two-day conference aimed at helping accelerate the pace of public- and private-sector efforts toward regional cooperation and economic development. The organizers have assembled a prominent group of policy-makers, experts, and business leaders from the U.S., the EU, and the region.
