The CSIS Southeast Asia Program and Asia Maritime Transparency Initiative are pleased to present the Eleventh Annual South China Sea Conference: Session Three on Thursday, September 23, 2021. This monthly webinar series will provide opportunities for detailed discussion and analysis of key developments in the South China Sea over the past year and potential paths forward. Panelists will address the strategic balance and military competition in the South China Sea. This session will feature a panel discussion with Blake Herzinger (Non-resident WSD-Handa Fellow, Pacific Forum), Michael Dahm (Senior National Security Researcher, Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory), and Bich Tran (Non-resident Adjunct Fellow, Southeast Asia Program, CSIS).
