The discussion will feature Dr. Chris Miller, Associate Professor of International History at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and author of Chip War: The Fight for the World's Most Critical Technology and Dr. Andreas Schumacher, Executive Vice President for Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions at Infineon Technologies AG.

Dr. Charles Wessner, Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University and senior adviser to the Renewing American Innovation Project will moderate the conversation.
