The Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures (CICA) in Asia was established in 1992 on the initiative of the President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev. Since then it has evolved into a forum for promoting dialogue and collaboration among its members. Our event will take place shortly after the CICA Summit in Istanbul where Turkey will assume the CICA chairmanship.
