The European Union at 50

To mark the 50th anniversary of the European Union, the CSIS Europe Program, the Embassy of Sweden and the Heinrich Böll Foundation hosted a day-long conference. Speakers included His Excellency Gunnar Lund, ambassador of Sweden, Sir David Manning, ambassador of the United Kingdom and Kurt Volker, principal deputy assistant secretary for European and Eurasian affairs, U.S. Department of State.
