Speakers include Takashi Shiraishi, President, Institute of Developing Economies, Japan External Trade Organization (IDE-JETRO) and Executive Member, Council for Science and Technology Policy, Cabinet Office; and Kurt Tong, Economic Coordinator for the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs and Senior Official for Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), U.S. Department of State.
